Stress Management Consultant Halina Mieczkowska of Stress Trouble Shooter, will be at Borders Bookshop from 7pm onwards on NSAD 5th November 2008. Halina will be giving an interactive talk on stress and how it affects people whilst promoting the NSAD message of “Don’t worry, take action!” A selection of relevant books will be on display so come into the warm and to join Halina to find positive ways to manage your stress.
