In support of the NSAD campaign, Brightspark Wellbeing Training and Development, are running free stress management clinics (individual 45 minute appointments) all week at either Manchester or Bakewell in Derbyshire. BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL. In the session you will learn a practical stress management technique to help you cope with your stressors.
